Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior RF/Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ashburn, VA. The Junior RF/Electrical Engineer serves as a technical resource for the Program Office. Their
primary function is to carry out technical tasks and evaluate engineering performance of EW equipment for the Program Office. The Sponsor anticipates travel to be approximately 10 percent of the year to CONUS locations.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Junior RF/Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ashburn, VA. The Junior RF/Electrical Engineer serves as a technical resource for the Program Office. Their
primary function is to carry out technical tasks and evaluate engineering performance of EW equipment for the Program Office. The Sponsor anticipates travel to be approximately 10 percent of the year to CONUS locations.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or an equivalent engineering field degree) from an ABET accredited program.
- Proficient using MATLAB, Python, or other scripting languages to collect scientific test data on Systems Under Test (SUT) and processing the data into a presentable end product for presentation.
- Experience with RF propagation modeling and RF spectrum analysis.
- Experience in technical electronics testing and maintenance utilizing spectrum analyzers, signal generators, voltage meters, and network and cable continuity and verification test equipment.
- Experience in briefing preparation, presentation, and delivery of verbal and visual reports to both technical an non-technical audiences.
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering (or an equivalent engineering field degree) from an ABET accredited program.
- Experience with requirements development, system design and integration and evaluation of long-range camera and ground and air surveillance radar systems.
- Experience integrating long-range camera systems, to include visual and infrared spectrums, radar systems, radio frequency (RF) systems, and other sensor systems related to UAS, cUAS, and RCIEDs.
- Experience with installation of systems at domestic and overseas facilities utilizing fiber optics, Ethernet, and microwave systems for content delivery and control.
- Experience building Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
- Experience building and flying UAS platforms for the Program Office for testing against EW equipment to include an appropriate stable of automated flight UAS's with a variety of UAS signal connection types that can be tested against our cUAS systems.
- Experience creating RF environment models of EW jammer equipment to predict the effective jammer range and look for unanticipated environment effects when it is deployed to fixed site locations.
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
