Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a highly skilled team of developers and vulnerability research engineers.
- Oversee research and development activities in vulnerability research, exploit development, modular implant development, and implant support suite development.
- Interface with customers to gather requirements and convey them to technical leads.
- Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Manage reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to the R&D teams.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- 5 years of experience leading technical teams.
- 2 years of experience leading offensive cyber programs.
- Understanding of cyber techniques to include application and mitigation.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in vulnerability research, exploit development, and modular implant development.
- Knowledge of embedded network devices and offensive cyber operations.
