Position Overview: REDLattice is seeking an experienced RF Propagation Modeling Engineer to develop and validate advanced 2D and 3D RF models using commercial, government, and custom software tools. The role involves applying industry-standard algorithms to simulate RF energy behavior—such as diffraction, refraction, and reflection—while accounting for terrain and surface characteristics. The engineer will also be responsible for translating these models into geospatial formats to support strategic engineering and operational decisions.

Required Qualifications
- BS degree or higher in RF engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience performing RF propagation modeling to guide collection program.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary technical and engineering teams.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- 5 years experience performing RF propagation modeling.
