Position Overview: The Senior Technical Specialist/Training Manager serves as a focal point for their specific area of assignment, coordinating the daily activities of the Technical Specialist operating under them, and provides expert level training on the use, maintenance, and installation of Sponsor equipment as listed in the examples of the existing EW systems bidder’s library. The Senior Technical Specialist/Training Manager is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert for the program and is expected to create training material and teach Sponsor designated personnel on topics relevant to carrying out the Sponsor EW mission.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience supporting electronic warfare (EW) technical requirements to include installation, testing and maintenance of EW platforms
  • 1 year of project management experience
  • 5 years of technical RF electronics testing and maintenance experience
  • 3 years of direct experience installing and uninstalling technical devices/systems on vehicle platform involving manipulation of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
  • 1 year of cumulative service in the foreign field to include hostile and denied areas and conflict zones
  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

Desired Qualifications

  • Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Air Traffic Control or Air Space Management
  • FAA 107 license
  • Experience directly supporting cRCIED programs
  • Experience directly supporting cUAS programs
  • Experience training EW end users on cUAS and CRCIE systems
  • Military Experience
