Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Management Systems Integrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, youll be the connective tissue across project management, financial tracking, and coordination effortshelping to drive mission success by ensuring alignment between program objectives, budget execution, and cross-functional activities. Your work will be critical in supporting complex programs through detailed tracking, communication, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, maintain, and track financial data to include spend plan status reporting and maintenance
- Communicate and coordinate program status, funding, and execution across multiple teams
- Maintain an action tracking system for action items related to projects, including actions from all reviews
- Execute program/finance actions using the customer financial systems
- Prepare, maintain, and assist with the preparation and maintenance of Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Change (RFCs) and all other project documents
- Coordinate agendas, rosters in support of customer sponsored training courses
- Willingness to travel domestically, if needed
Requirements
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience as a System Integrator (SI)
- 5 years of experience with program/project management
- Self-starter who will take initiative for helping manage key parts of complex technical developments
- Experience with managing multiple complex contracts, contracting tools
- Experience and fundamental knowledge of contracts management
- Experience using MS Office applications
- 5 years customer experience
Desired:
Experience with Systems Integration work (ie. writing technical requirements, evaluating contractor design documentation, developing system flowcharts, etc.)
- Strong engineering background in computer, aerospace, electrical, or similar science or engineering education
- Masters' degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Technical or related field
- 10 years of experience as an SI on a multi-segment technical system or project.
Travel:
- 15-25% as needed per mission requirements
