About:

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in preference management, data privacy, and the financial/banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a robust consent management platform that complies with all relevant regulations and meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Preference Management Expertise:Deep understanding of how preference management systems work.
• Experience with implementing and managing these systems.
• Familiarity with various preference management platforms and tools.
• Consent & Privacy:Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Expertise in managing customer consent across different channels (e.g., websites, apps, email).
• Understanding of how to implement and maintain compliant data privacy practices.
• Legal & Regulatory Knowledge
• Financial or Banking Domain Experience

Essential Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience within Preference Management platforms and tools, managing consent, privacy, and marketing preference platforms highly desired
• Strong understanding of the Consent & Privacy landscape, including legal and regulatory policies, tools and platforms, and customer choice strategies.
• Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Demonstrated understanding and command of customer-facing platforms, applications, or technologies
