The Operator Opportunity
Redline’s Operator Model offers entrepreneurial-minded individuals the opportunity to run and grow a territory—without the financial barriers of traditional franchise ownership. Operators are full-time Redline employees but are empowered to lead their region like a business owner.
This model combines the freedom and income potential of a franchise with the backing of an established brand. Operators receive full operational support, equipment, training, and access to Redline’s existing dealer partnerships and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage Redline’s full suite of services across an assigned region.
- Prospect and sell Redline’s services to new dealership clients, leveraging Redline's brand, tech platform, and case studies to close business.
- Deliver high-quality, on-site services such as vehicle photography, detailing, merchandising, and data collection.
- Build strong relationships with dealership staff and general managers.
- Track performance metrics, report progress, and manage workflows via Redline’s proprietary software.
- Drive regional growth through exceptional service, local outreach, and client retention.
- Work with Redline’s corporate team to hire and scale your local team as service volume increases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Willing to travel within assigned territory and work hands-on to grow the business
