Redline is expanding and is seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy leader to develop a new market. The Regional General Manager (RGM) will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this new territory, acting as both a business development leader and a hands-on operator.
Job functions will shift over time from sales, to sales service, to sales management, to sales/GM. Redline’s executive leadership team will manage the P&L, insurance, compliance, HR, payroll, and more; while we train you on how to grow, and think about the profitability of, the new regional Redline expansion with you sharing in the upside.
This role is perfectly suited for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. As the architect of the region's growth, the RGM will have the autonomy to craft and execute strategies that establish Redline as a dominant player in the market. Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary plus profit-sharing, with expected first-year earnings ranging from $40,000 to $75,000, depending on performance and market success, paid in accordance with the company’s payroll schedule.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Marketing preferred, or related experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, set goals, and achieve results, even in non-leadership roles.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
