About the Position:
The Operations Support Specialist will create a collaborative working environment within the location. This position is essential to providing Heroic Customer Support internally and externally and creates value by ensuring needs are met by exceeding expectations and being a champion of the customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Highly align with our mission and core values.
- Ensure a positive internal and external customer experience by assisting and providing resolutions.
- Champion company communications by educating employees and initiate implementation within the location.
- Instrumental in the reconciliation and processing of vendor related account payables.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements to drive excellence.
- Collaborates with team members in interpreting company financials and identifying resolutions to achieve desired results.
- Coordinate all activities related to location meetings and events.
- Oversee established customer satisfaction program.
- Facilitate the whole goods sales activities to assure company objectives are met.
- Provide clerical assistance within the Parts department.
- Support the Service work order process and manage time entry.
- Review, setup or make changes to customer account profiles in operating system.
- Count money in cash drawer and reconcile according to company policy.
- Manage location donations and sponsorship requests.
- Act as a liaison to employees for the Human Resource department.
- Uphold location service contract agreements to ensure commitments are being delivered according to agreement.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to identifying opportunities and ensure operational success.
- Adhere to company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Agriculture background preferred.
- Minimum of two years of Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to proficiently use a desktop or laptop computer, including Microsoft Office Suites.
