Job Description:
As a Fire Alarm Inspector at Redline Fire Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems in various commercial properties. You will ensure that all fire alarm systems comply with local, state, and federal regulations and are in optimal working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with fire alarm systems and components.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommended corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in fire protection or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm inspection, maintenance, or related field.
- Denver license
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards, local fire codes, and regulations.
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
