We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct the nightly audit processes and reports
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and cancellations effectively
- Ensure all front desk responsibilities are completed accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
## Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hotel management, or front desk operations is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus
