Responsibilities – Parts & Labor Associate:
· Provide excellent service to all the dealership’s customers
· Ensure merchandise displays are stocked and clean
· Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance
· Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs
· Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete
· Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer’s purchase
· Develop and share knowledge of merchandise, parts history, and powersports service
· Review repair orders to ensure accuracy
· Communicate with Service Technicians about parts received and repair order status
Qualifications/Requirements – Parts & Labor Associate:
· Experience required
· Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
· Sales and/or Customer service Experience
· Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation
· Good multitasking and organizational skills
· Valid Driver’s License
· High school diploma or equivalent
