We need to hire a Sales Manager for our Indian, Charlotte Location location in North Carolina. We are hiring team members who know how to take care of our customers! Responsibilities – Sales Manager:
- Manages, trains, and directs the Sales Department
- Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales
- Work with each salesperson and manager to obtain specific goals and objectives
- Create a positive sales culture and a “team” atmosphere focusing on employee retention
- Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy for meeting sales goals
- Lead highly effective sales meetings
- Action-oriented and results-driven
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Highly qualified applicants with automotive or powersports experience preferred
- Superior leadership and motivation skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident

Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
