Service Advisor

We need to hire a Service Advisor for our busy Service Department. We are hiring for employees who know how to take care of our customers and leave them with a great feeling about the experience they have had at our Service Department. We value our employees and invest in their success.

Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

· Advise customers about necessary services and routine maintenance

· Obtain vehicle information, give customer accurate written cost of maintenance/repairs

· Open and close repair tickets

· Schedule maintenance appointments

· Communicate with customer to let them know when work is complete

· Review repair orders to ensure accuracy

· Communicate with Service Technicians

Qualifications/Requirements – Service Advisor:

· Experience required

· Positive attitude and works well in a team environment

· Sales and/or Customer service Experience

· Knowledge of Powersports mechanical operation

· Good multitasking and organizational skills

· Valid Driver’s License

· High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
