We are seeking a clever and enthusiastic individual who is looking to further their career in the Farm Equipment field. This role will provide the successful candidate continued manufacture-led training and lead to advancement opportunities within our growing organization.

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair on farm equipment (tractors, hay equipment, application equipment, combines, etc.)
- Primary equipment lines include AGCO (Hesston, Massey Fergusson, Fendt, Gleaner, Sunflower), New Holland (CNH) and JCB equipment.
- Develop equipment and repair expertise through on-the-job, Redlund and manufacturer trainings
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on farm equipment
- Teach and train developing technicians
- Work as a Field and/or Shop Technician with support from physical Redlund locations
- Follow safe working processes and maintain a safe environment
Preference is given to applicants with a proven track record of successfully learning and succeeding in farm equipment servicing. Expected experience of 5 years in a similar environment. Experience with precision farming is preferred.
EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal Diesel Training preferred.
- OTJ training in a similar capacity considred.
- 5 years of experience in servicing farm equipment.
- Ability to operate vehicles and tools used for diagnostics and repair.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
- Drug screen compatible with the requirement to operate heavy machinery.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Extended periods of standing, climbing bending, must be able to lift 75 lbs regularly, extensive hours on a computer. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions from extreme heat to winter blizzard conditions.

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
