We are seeking a clever and enthusiastic individual who is looking to further their career in the Farm Equipment field. This role will provide the successful candidate continued product and sales training and lead to advancement opportunities within our growing organization.
Our best salesman are typically Ag Equipment enthusiasts with a strong desire to win! Sales experience is a nice-to-have but not a requirement. Each position includes a ready-built customer base and some of the best Ag territories in Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Sale new and used farm equipment. Tailor sales quotes/approaches to individual customer needs.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers. Develop a great knowledge of their Ag operations and equipment needs. Follow-up on all customer comittments.
- Drive customer satisfaction as the tip of the spear with customers. Follow-up with Redlund parts and service as needed.
- Work with Redlund, manufacturer, industry, and other resources to thoroughly develop a territory strategy and plan.
- Consistently utilize CRM and quoting tools to automate boring job tasks.
- Conduct in-field demos of new or used equipment and oversee delivery, set-up, start-up and complete operator training.
- Maintain awareness of manufacturer products and programs/promotions for use in driving customers satisfaction and sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
