We are seeking a clever and enthusiastic individual who is looking to further their career in the Farm Equipment field. This role will provide the successful candidate continued product and parts training.
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for supporting the parts department in inventory management and order fulfillment. Candidate with work directly with customers over the parts counter, on the phone, and in the service shop to identify and supply required parts. Candidate will support in inventory ordering, picking, shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to customers
- Identify correct part numbers specific to a agriculture equipment.
- Perform stocking, ordering, cashiering and other inventory duties to promote efficient department functioning
- Meet customer needs, offering options, resolving problems and following up
- Drive full customer satisfaction identifying department improvement opportunities
- Maintain friendly, helpful demeanor
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
- Keep sales floor neat, clean and fully-stocked
- Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed
- Assist with answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
- Frequently required to bend, climb, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift 50lbs of material
- Requires standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
