Packer

Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Household Goods Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the customers household belongings are packed efficiently and accurately prior to their move The packers come in to a customers home prior to the loading crew and pack the customers belongings such as clothing, dishes/kitchen items, wall hangings, etc. into boxes. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety standards and the ability to drive a company van/vehicle to and from the job location. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work alone or collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect items for damages before packaging.
• Take inventory of boxes packed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Driving to and from job location.

Requirements

• Previous experience in household packing and/or moving is a plus but not required. (Pay DOE)
• Drivers license with good driving record
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• No nights
• No weekends
