The Role We are seeking a full-time Cram Business Analyst to join our growing Jefferson City-based practice. As a Business Analyst, you will provide system analysis, development, and production support for a large Cram implementation project. You will design functional approaches to customize functionality using the IBM Cram Business Application Suite and lead team members in planning and executing testing, training, and user support post-implementation.
Skill Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience using the Cram Business Application Suite, planning and leading JAD sessions, creating design documents, and leading requirement gathering sessions. They will also be responsible for producing client-approved deliverables, supporting team members, and providing status reporting and quality assurance monitoring.
Key Skills To succeed in this role, you will need:
Travel Requirements This position offers opportunities for travel, averaging 35% to 55%, depending on project needs. Project travel will vary throughout the project life cycle.
