Pay Range : starting $24 - $34 depending on experience

Position Summary : HVAC Service Technician is responsible for servicing and maintaining a broad range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, in accordance with company standards. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality experience. Additionally, the technician will assist in the training and development of other service technicians.

Work Hours : 5-day 8-hour shift or 4-day 10-hour shift schedules are available; overtime as required

Required Qualifications :

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

5 years of residential HVAC service experience

Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School

EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License

NATE certification is highly preferred

Great customer service skills

Prior supervisory experience is preferred

Salary : $24 - $34
