Position Summary : The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and timely completion of HVAC service requests. This role involves managing a team of technicians, maintaining service schedules, overseeing training and development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly; overtime as required

Pay Scale : $40,000 - $70,000 yearly depending on experience Performance Bonus Structure

Required Qualifications :

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

HS diploma or equivalent

3 years of related experience and / or training in customer service, management in a service industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum a year of managerial experience

HVAC industry knowledge is required

Strong computer skills & MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Service Titan software experience is a plus

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team of technicians

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions and team collaboration

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing service schedules, reports, and inventory

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
