Our Benefits :
Position Summary : The HVAC Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and timely completion of HVAC service requests. This role involves managing a team of technicians, maintaining service schedules, overseeing training and development, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 40 hours weekly; overtime as required
Pay Scale : $40,000 - $70,000 yearly depending on experience Performance Bonus Structure
