Transportation Support Specialist I
Job Summary:
Performs a variety of office support duties for the Transportation Department, including processing purchase orders, preparing information for internal and external customer invoices, assisting with state fueling reports, supply ordering, filing, answering phones, as well as processing monthly department timesheets and absence leave reports. Duties require the ability to work independently; to be able to prioritize work responsibilities with minimal direction; handle work pressures with the ability to be flexible and adapt to daily needs; have exceptional organizational skills and to work harmoniously with a variety of people including the public. Must be able to perform tasks with speed and accuracy.
