- Verify deliveries against invoices, noting any discrepancies and reporting them promptly.
- Manage price changes within the department in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain an acceptable inventory level through proper ordering techniques.
- Rotate products to control freshness and remove out-of-code items to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain temporary price reductions for specific products as directed.
- Communicate temperature failures to management in a timely manner.
- Control damaged merchandise by reporting damages and storing them properly for sales representatives.
- Foster excellent customer relations and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Greet customers warmly and maintain a visible presence while working.
- Adhere to company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook at all times.
- Transport products to storage areas and the sales floor efficiently.
- Maintain shelves and cases to ensure customer satisfaction and visual appeal.
- Ability to read and write to tag merchandise, order, and manage inventory accurately.
