Position Title: Support Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented support engineer to join our team at Redo. In this role, you will enable customers to gain the most from the Redo platform.
Responsibilities:
- Implement customer-requested customizations
- Triage and investigate customer issues
- Create tools to help customers and the Redo team
Qualifications:
- Experience developing full-stack web applications
- Strong programming skills.
- Strong track record for delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude and collaborative personality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS degree in related technical field
- Experience with TypeScript
