iOS Engineer Job Description
Our client, a leading e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to join their team.
About the Role:
- Develop and improve the Walmart iOS App using modern iOS methodologies and patterns.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute effectively within an agile setup with designers, product managers, and peer developers.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions.
- Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience building scalable e-commerce applications or mobile software.
Skills:
- Experience with mobile software development using Swift & Objective-C.
- Experience working within an agile development team.
- Experience with Apple SDKs for iOS development.
- Experience with software debugging techniques (debuggers, loggers, crash report tools).
- Experience with analysis of memory issues using memory analyzer tools (Instruments).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with embedded real-time systems with limited resources.
- Experience with command line XCode build tools for Continuous Integration.
- Experience in design patterns, MVC, data structures, and algorithms.
- Published iOS application required.
