• Manage day-to-day operations of residential new construction electrical projects.
• Coordinate and schedule project timelines, resources, and installers.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor electrical crews, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Collaborate with clients, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
• Implement and maintain best practices for project management and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential new construction and service electrical work.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Valid electrical license and certifications preferred.
