Position Overview

As our Art Director, you will take the lead in shaping the creative vision for our clients brands, overseeing everything from branding and campaign ideation to full-scale production. Your creative strategies will be powered by our core value of "analytically inspired creativity"where data informs and fuels your artistic vision. This is an opportunity to direct and execute visual concepts that dont just look great but drive real, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Art Direction : Lead all aspects of creative development for client campaigns, including branding, logo design, website design, and full-scale integrated marketing campaigns. Ensure all work aligns with both client objectives and data-driven insights.

Analytically Inspired Creativity : Use research and data analysis to inform and inspire creative concepts, ensuring the work is not only innovative but also strategically aligned to drive client success.

Campaign Leadership : Direct the visual strategy for marketing campaigns from conception to execution. Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to bring cohesive, results-driven campaigns to life.

Brand Development : Spearhead the development of strong, cohesive branding and identity systems for clients, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and media.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of experience in creative design and art direction, with at least two years of marketing agency experience. Candidates should have experience managing large-scale campaigns.

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a broad range of advanced skills and deep industry knowledge :

Advanced Design Proficiency : Mastery of branding, digital marketing design and website design. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and web design tools such as Sketch or Figma.

Creative Vision and Direction : Ability to lead the creative development of full-scale campaigns and branding strategies, ensuring that each concept is driven by data insights and meets client objectives.

Strategic Thinking : Capable of strategic thinking and planning at a high level, ensuring creative work aligns with broader marketing and business goals.

Analytical and Creative Problem Solving : Skilled at using data and analytics to drive creative decisions and solve complex design challenges.

Communication and Presentation Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategic thinking to both clients and internal teams.
