Summary
RAS Program Specilist role involves providing education and information about programs or services to end user pharmacies enrolled in RAS programs. Position coordinates resources, facilitates communication across platforms and business units and ensure delivery of high-quality support services to meet program objectives. Plays a key role in problem resolution, process improvement, and overall success of the programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients for RAS programs, i.e. cash management, auto voucher, RxLocal Educate
- Will become a SME on the benefits and advantages of RAS programs and be able to effectively communicate those with customers
- Works closely with other departments and teams to ensure alignment on program benefits, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Identifies and escalates issues or challenges that arise with the support functions of RAS programs
- Assists in developing and implementing solutions to resolve problems and prevent recurrence
- Identifies areas for improvement in current support processes and procedures
- Maintains comprehensive records of support activities including issue logs and service requests
- Will become knowledgeable in and utilize diverse ERP systems across the RedSail base
Education/Training
- BA in Business or a related field
- Proven experience in support services
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing office applications, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem solving
Physical Demands, Working Conditions, and General Employment Guidelines
- Moderate levels of stress may be experienced in this role, especially when working on complex software projects. The job is performed in a general office environment, home office, or approved remote workspace where physical activities include sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
