Description:
Perform advancedAppian Systems Development work as a member of the Information Technology (IT)Scheduled Releases team, supporting one or more projects concurrently. Dutiesinclude independent design and implementation of various Appian based workforceapplication systems. Contribute to theimplementation of the software development lifecycle activities from developmentand testing to implementation and support activities per project requirements.Design, implement, validate, and deploy new applications using the latestAppian technology. Develop userinterfaces, process models and data storage in the low code Appianenvironment. Develop code, createartifacts like test specifications, perform testing and implement relevant golive activities. Analyze projectrequirements and the environment to ensure solutions consider currentarchitecture and operating environment as well as future functionality andenhancements. Work within the Agileframework to conduct impact analysis and prepare technical user stories requiredfor development. Use standardizedproject management processes, tools, and techniques to address projectneeds. Assist with creating,maintaining, and enforcing global standards. Perform other analysis and documentation tasks as required to facilitateand support team projects. Manageavailability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Appian by engineeringreliability into software and systems. Mentorjunior Appian developers. Develop theinternal Appian development best practices and design guide. Ensure adherence to program documentation andprocedural standards, and management goals and objectives. Perform other duties asassigned to maintain operations.

Experience as a developer/programmer or a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field and five years of experience as a developer/programmer
