Responsibilities of the Data Science Lead will include:

- Work closely with data architects, ETL developers, and business intelligence teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Stay informed on emerging data science technologies and best practices.

- Partner with data engineering teams to establish standards for data governance, transformation, and storage.

Qualifications of the Data Science Lead:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with SAS, ETL, database programming, and data analytics.
- 4-8 years of experience in a data science or analytics-related role.
- Experience with Azure tools such as Synapse and Machine Learning.
- Strong background in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analytics and machine learning.
- Understanding of data transformation techniques and structures.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, data governance, and master data management.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to executive leadership.

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $100,000 - $135,000, DOE.
