We're looking for a Field Services Coordinator to join our client's team near Saratoga Springs, NY! In this role, you'll oversee and optimize field service operations, ensuring seamless scheduling, deployment, and support of field technicians. Responsibilities of the Field Services Coordinator will include : -Manage and coordinate field service activities, including scheduling and monitoring service personnel.-Respond to incoming service requests via phone, email, or an ITSM ticketing system.-Document and track user issues, ensuring efficient case management.-Prepare technicians and customers for on-site visits.-Perform remote troubleshooting and service validation.-Ensure all deliverables are collected and validated before incident resolution.-Serve as a dedicated technical support resource for escalations and inquiries.Qualifications of the Field Services Coordinator : -2 years of field services support experience.-2 years of customer service experience.-Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.-AAS in Computer Science (preferred) or equivalent experience.-Strong customer service and communication skills.-Experience using ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).-Background in remote troubleshooting and remote access tools. Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $23-$25 / hr.
