We are currently seeking an Office Assistant / Dispatcher to join our client's team and play a key role in supporting our operations through administrative and dispatch coordination. This is a Part Time Temporary role located near East Greenbush, NY. Responsibilities of the Office Assistant / Dispatcher will include : -Perform clerical and administrative functions to support company success.-Draft correspondence and other documents for customers and vendors.-Answer inbound telephone calls and coordinate effectively with the field team.-Conduct data entry using Microsoft Access.-Take on additional office tasks as assigned.Qualifications of the Office Assistant / Dispatcher : -An outgoing personality with a strong phone presence and excellent multitasking skills to coordinate seamlessly with the field team.-Previous office or administrative experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.-Proficiency in Microsoft Access and other standard office tools is a plus. Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $19-21 / hr.
