Responsibilities of the Software Application Specialist will include : -Build applications, reports, and scripts to enhance the functionality of the EHR system.-Develop and execute test scenarios to verify the functionality and performance of applications, reports, and scripts, ensuring all requirements are met.-Create training materials and conduct training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge to use the system effectively.-Provide ongoing support to end-users by addressing issues and managing requests through a ticketing system.Qualifications of the Software Application Specialist : -Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.-Solid understanding of software applications and databases.-Knowledge of SQL and database management.-Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues effectively.-Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse users and stakeholders. Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $40,000 - $45,000.
