UX/UI Designer

About Us

RedSky Engineering is an engineering, hardware, and software firm based in Spanish Fork, UT. We develop digital and physical products across industries, including eCommerce, government/defense, SaaS, manufacturing, and consumer goods.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to design and create beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
• Document design behaviors and developer handoff requirements in Zeplin.
• Work closely with management, marketing, and engineering teams.
• Extract requirements and present designs to stakeholders.
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  
  

Skills & Experience

Required:

• 2 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Mastery of Figma (using text/color variables, components, auto-layout).
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Ability to document design behaviors and collaborate with developers.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with software development teams.
• Strong presentation skills for stakeholders and executives.
• Experience with Webflow, and/or Adobe Suite.

• Confluence | Atlassian Suite
• (Adobe Suite experience is a plus.)
