Role Description
This is a full-time on-site/ Hybrid role for a Strategy Consultant at RedSky Strategy in the New York City , Or Los Angeles Metropolitan Areas. As a Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for
- End-to-end project management
- Work with detailed and complex market research questionnaires, discussion guides, data sets, and transcripts
- Manage an Associate Consultant as well as vendors and freelancers, as needed
- Analyze survey data, interview transcripts, and other research outputs in order to identify insights and implications for clients
- Prepare presentations and reports to clients and facilitate client workshops
- Integrate primary research with client's existing data in order to create broader analyses
- Collaborate with other consultants on projects, business development, and other initiatives
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Consulting abilities
- Strong Communication skills
- 4-6 years’ work experience in a relevant field – ideally in a consulting capacity or as part of a market research / analytics team
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Ability and desire to work in a high-paced team environment and to manage multiple concurrent projects under time restrictions and ambiguity
- Superior quantitative abilities as well as strong verbal, written, and design communication skills
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative market research
- Passion and curiosity for problem solving and the human experience
- Must be intellectually curious and comfortable working in a small team
- Ability and desire to live in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
