Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, located in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Tasks include managing staff schedules, training team members, monitoring inventory and supplies, and upholding health and safety regulations. Additionally, the role involves supporting the General Manager in achieving financial targets and leading marketing initiatives to enhance restaurant visibility.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including staff scheduling and training
- Experience in maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
- Inventory management and supply monitoring skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Financial acumen and the ability to support the achievement of financial targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Plymouth Meeting, PA
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
