Overview
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Back of House Team Members. We are looking for Dishwashers, Prep Cooks and Line Cooks, to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dietary department. Your responsibilities as a Prep Cook or Line Cook will include meal preparation, food safety compliance, and assisting with catering services. Duties
- Assist in meal preparation following established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other food preparation tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during catering events.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
- Participate in training sessions related to food safety and kitchen procedures.
Skills
- Experience in catering or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with various food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
