Essential Functions
- Maintains a professional image and demeanor at all times consistently demonstrating the company’s values and adhering to the Code of Ethics while delivering friendly, caring service to internal and external members.
- Supports the Presidents and Head of Operations with various administrative functions including, but not limited to, coordinating and maintaining their schedules, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, answering phones, distributing mail and directing incoming calls and visitors to the area.
- Coordinates meetings and events at the behest of RRS' management team including the preparation of presentations, booking conference rooms, and sourcing of needed materials.
- Assists with special projects, performing research, compiling data, writing reports/papers/emails as necessary.
- Coordinates the onboarding of new agents and brokers.
- Maintains proficiency with all company real estate software in order to act in an administrator capacity for those programs to assist other users.
- Provides training to new employees to create a welcoming onboarding experience and assists them with gaining proficiency and understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Attends RRS sponsored events to promote company initiatives.
- Manages working relationships related to associated vendors.
- Provides cross training to other RRS employees in the programs used to prepare and post campaign materials for business continuity purposes.
- Cross-trains with other positions to learn additional duties to enable business continuity in the absence of other employees.
- Monitors, orders, and stocks supplies in assigned office.
- Provides limited administrative support to Managing Broker of assigned office.
- Other duties as assigned or necessary for the success of the Company.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position regularly requires working hours outside of a 9-5 work schedule to meet company and client needs and occasional weekend work.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected on a limited basis.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
- Two years of experience in the areas of administrative support, office management or real estate.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite office applications.
- Experience supporting executive level employees (Preferred).
