- Receive, input, and monitor incoming company leads from relocation companies, other brokerages, and directly from various employers.
- Develop and utilize credit union membership lists to provide leads to agents.
- Allocate leads to the agents in a fair, consistent, and transparent manner with a focus on company values and maximizing company dollar.
- Send and monitor outgoing company leads after making first contact to verify validity of the same.
- Assist the team with identifying appropriate targets for outgoing referrals.
- Monitor company compliance with relocation contracts.
- Identify and pursue additional relocation companies for relocation business.
- Maintain company membership in the appropriate trade organizations.
- Achieve and maintain all certifications relevant to relocations including a sales person license.
- Manage all lead generation sources to maintain up to date data related to available leads.
- Provide reports on a monthly basis to company leadership.
- Communicate with agents on a regular basis and inform the agents when agents have not met the expectations for participation in the inside sales program.
- Maintain the Inside Sales Team’s standards, determine the same, and manage its makeup including monitoring training/certification compliance.
- Assist the other company admins as time allows.
- Identify new ways to generate company leads and pursue the same.

Required Education And Experience
- At least five years of proven real estate related experience.
- Appropriate industry certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or commensurate experience.
- Demonstrated experience in real estate.
- Experience with real estate lead generation software.
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
- Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to company mission.
- Flexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
- Understanding of rules and regulations governing real property transactions and specifically relocations.
