ABOUT US: Redstone Foods, Inc. is the largest wholesale distributor of bulk, novelty, and old-fashioned candy and craft soda in the Southwest. We are a family owned and operated business that has been delivering a sweet experience to its customers since 1966.
Our CSRs are the heart of our distribution operation. The Sr. CSR will support our diverse customer base by managing complex customer inquiries, escalated problems and supporting the overall operations of the customer service department. Our CSR team works with both our Sales team and our Warehouse team to ensure that retailers receive their candy and soda orders timely and accurately.
Primary Job Duties:
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for all customer-facing processes.
- Service as the customer service point of contact for key accounts.
- Handle escalated and complex customer inquiries, complaints and sensitive customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact between Sales and Operations to ensure key accounts are handled with care.
- Enter orders through alpha/numeric data entry.
- Process change orders, calculate credits and issue returns.
- Research freight claims and shipment status.
- Calculate customer credits.
- Identify solutions to resolve order problems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Perform administrative task as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Minimum of four years of distribution, warehouse, or professional office Customer Service experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with specialized warehouse order entry computer systems
- Strong alpha/numeric keyboarding skills
- Ability to type 40 wpm
