As our Front Desk Agent, you greet guests with a warm smile as they arrive, ready to experience all that Moab has to offer. You check guests in and out effortlessly, making sure their stay is smooth and enjoyable. Throughout your day, you work closely with all departments to tackle tasks, from answering phones and making reservations to attending to guest needs and requests with a friendly, can-do attitude. Your organizational skills shine as you keep your workspace clean, handle cash responsibly, and check off your daily to-do list.
