What You'll Do:
As our Facility Manager, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful Greensburg facility and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals and oversee a variety of essential functions, including:
- Inspiring Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment by upholding our core values, addressing any zero-tolerance behaviors, and maintaining open communication with your team.
- Building Maintenance & Repair: Direct or participate in the maintenance and repair of building structures, including masonry, woodwork, furnishings, and essential systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Groundskeeping & Landscaping: Oversee the upkeep of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, leaf removal, snow removal, and maintaining parking lots and roadways. Create beautiful flower beds and enhance our outdoor spaces.
- Preventative Maintenance: Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our equipment and systems.
- Resource Management: Procure necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Problem Solving & Team Support: Analyze and resolve work challenges, providing guidance and support to your team members.
- Team Motivation: Develop and implement strategies to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals.
What You'll Need:
- Required: RHVAC (Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) associate's degree and refrigerant handling license.
- Minimum of five years of experience in carpentry, electrical, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trades, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A valid Pennsylvania driver's license in good standing.
