Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with general building maintenance tasks.
- Participate in various maintenance projects, learning new skills and techniques.
- Help with resident requests and special event preparations.
- Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of our facilities.
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
