What will I do as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Redstone @ Home. In this role, you will provide essential care to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as:
- Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and toileting assistance.
- Mobility: Assisting with transfers, walking, and positioning.
- Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Light Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands.
- Medication Reminders: Assisting with medication reminders and administration (as directed).
- Companionship: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
