Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client admissions, assessments, and care plans.
- Supervise and mentor Home Care Aides, conducting client visits and providing support.
- Facilitate daily operations meetings and address client and staff concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with payroll and billing.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing, free of traffic violations.
- Reliable, independent transportation for use when assignment includes travel between campuses on the same day.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Scheduling experience preferred.
