Title: RN (Registered Nurse) Supervisor
Status: Full Time
Shift: Monday through Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, with on-call rotation
Location: Greensburg
This position offers a flexible work schedule of one REMOTE workday and an additional paid day off during each two-week pay period (work 9 days, paid for 10 each pay period)!

Make a Meaningful Impact as an RN Supervisor:
As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring Leadership: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Expert Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough resident assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to physicians and families.
- Empowering Education: Develop and implement engaging staff education programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Performance Excellence: Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
- Quality Assurance Champion: Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Resident Advocacy: Investigate and address any suspected abuse or neglect situations with sensitivity and diligence.
- Seamless Transitions: Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges with efficiency and compassion.
- Medication Management: Assist with physician orders and ensure accurate medication administration.
- Strategic Staffing: Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal care delivery.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Timely Task Completion: Ensure all nursing tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college/university in Nursing or two-year RN Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- One year of supervisory experience in LTC; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
