Make a Meaningful Impact as an RN Supervisor :
As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include :
Inspiring Leadership : Supervise and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.Expert Clinical Assessment : Conduct thorough resident assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to physicians and families.Empowering Education : Develop and implement engaging staff education programs to enhance clinical skills.Performance Excellence : Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.Quality Assurance Champion : Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure optimal resident outcomes.Resident Advocacy : Investigate and address any suspected abuse or neglect situations with sensitivity and diligence.Seamless Transitions : Manage resident admissions, transfers, and discharges with efficiency and compassion.Medication Management : Assist with physician orders and ensure accurate medication administration.Strategic Staffing : Participate in staffing and scheduling to maintain optimal care delivery.Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Timely Task Completion : Ensure all nursing tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.Your Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing (RN).Proven Leadership : Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in long-term care (LTC) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Active RN License : Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.What makes Redstone unique?
