About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist with 10 years of experience to lead high-impact, performance-driven campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in paid media, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver who can manage large budgets, drive measurable results, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize high-budget digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Leverage advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage multi-million-dollar ad spend while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and strategic alignment with client goals.
- Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to continuously refine strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and data teams to craft compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and provide executive-level reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Lead client-facing meetings, presenting campaign strategies, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior media buyers, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong background in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget campaigns with a focus on lead generation and e-commerce.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic insights that drive performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
