Job Description: Line Operations Managers Line Operations Manager needed for Part 135 Operation in beautiful Moab, Utah. We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, capable individual to manage our fuel linemen team, located at scenic Canyonlands Field Airport.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following: Hire, train and supervise seasonal and annual fuel linemen team members Manage aircraft fuel reservations schedule Fuel aircraft, equipment and towing vehicles Fuel quality sump, testing and recording Maintain accurate records of compliance Tow and tug aircraft on ramp Build and maintain quality relations with clients and partnerships Administer GPU and Lav services Communicate, greet, and marshal arriving aircraft pilots and passengers Escort vehicles on and off ramp area Assist in transporting luggage Wash and detail company vehicles and equipment Assure records are properly completed and filed Maintain structured and productive work environment Job Requirements: Two to four years of related work experience and/or training Strong communication, presentation, and employee management facilitation Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Must be available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to dry & Hot conditions; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and work with explosives. The employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places; outdoor weather conditions; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening/test. Valid Driver’s License, 18 years old, previous customer service experience preferred, clean appearance and good personal hygiene, able to follow instructions, quick learner, must be able to work with a team.
