Maintenance Team Position: LAKESHORE LOCATIONS:
Holland, Saugatuck and Muskegon
RedWater is seeking experienced individuals to join our maintenance team!
We are looking for qualified candidates to perform daily and routine maintenance, an important factor in keeping our physical properties, grounds, and equipment in excellent operating fashion.
This will be a traveling position at our lakeshore locations from Saugatuck, Holland and Muskegon area. The ideal candidate will work Monday–Friday with occasional weekend on-call hours.
Compensation is based on experience and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises and equipment
- Preventative maintenance
- Basic repairs
- Diagnose and repair structures or equipment as necessary
- Schedule contractors for repairs that can not be handled in-house
- Daily duties include painting and wall repair, light plumbing and electrical, HVAC, flooring repair, filter cleaning and replacement, power washing, facility upkeep, door and hardware repair, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in maintenance
- Highly skilled and motivated
- Professional presentation and attitude
- An eye for detail
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work individually will also aid the ideal candidate
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, as well as work from a ladder
- Must be able to lift weights of 50 pounds
- Must have a valid I.D. and basic tools

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
